Overview
At TruckRight, I contributed to the design and front-end development of an internal Recruiting, Retention & Compliance software platform tailored for the transportation industry. Due to confidentiality agreements, the visual work cannot be publicly displayed.
My Contributions
- Designed a modular “Builder” interface within the software using Adobe XD. This feature empowered administrators to customize workflows and data collection processes dynamically.
- Worked closely with cross-functional teams (product owners and developers) to align design decisions with user needs and technical feasibility.
- Developed responsive interfaces using clean HTML and CSS, ensuring seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.
- Applied UI best practices to improve usability and reduce friction in daily administrative tasks.
